This position is for a Math Algebra 2 Teacher. Specific certification requirements are listed below. All prospective employees must undergo a Level 2 background check as mandated by Florida State Statute 435.04 and be deemed eligible by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. This background check includes fingerprinting for Florida Department of Law Enforcement and FBI criminal history checks, local criminal records checks, and sexual predator/offender registry searches for the past 5 years of residency.

Requirements

• Junior High Positions - Math 5-9 OR Math 6-12 Certification
• Senior High Positions - Math 6-12 Certification
• Must submit to and be found eligible by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for a Level 2 background check.
• Background check includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal history records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
• Background check includes national criminal history records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
• Background check includes local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies.
• Background check includes a search of the sexual predator and sexual offender registries of any state in which the prospective employee resided during the immediate preceding 5 years.
