About The Position

The Coordinator of Programs has responsibility for planning and leading the activities to meet all regulatory, accreditation and TenetHealth standards to assigned programs. In addition, will work to improve the functions associated with the operations that will enable Tenet to meet standards thus resulting in the best practices and patient outcomes. The Coordinator will work with the appropriate Corporate Team to ensure success and compliance of the program(s) and implement and monitor readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Physical Therapy, Laboratory Sciences, or other healthcare related fields.
• 5 years of experience in profession.
• Licensed as appropriate for education/profession such as RN, PT, etc.
• AHA BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading activities to meet regulatory, accreditation, and TenetHealth standards for assigned programs.
• Improving operational functions to meet standards, resulting in best practices and patient outcomes.
• Working with the Corporate Team to ensure program success and compliance.
• Implementing and monitoring readiness activities for accreditation and certification surveys.
