About The Position

The Perinatal Group (TPG), in partnership with Together Women’s Health, is seeking a full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join their established team serving the Greater Nashville, Middle Tennessee, and Southern Kentucky region. This is a consultative-only MFM opportunity with no deliveries or inpatient rounding, offering a predictable 4-day work week, dedicated remote reading time, and approximately $500K year-one income opportunity with productivity incentives. The Perinatal Group is an established Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice providing specialized high-risk pregnancy care throughout Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. Through their partnership with Together Women’s Health, physicians maintain the clinical autonomy and culture of private practice with the resources and support of a growing, physician-led women’s health network.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee and Kentucky

Responsibilities

• Consultative-only Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice
• No deliveries or inpatient rounding
• 4-day work week with dedicated remote reading time
• Greater Nashville/Smyrna base with regional practice locations
• Limited, equally shared courtesy call rotation
