About The Position

The Materials Technician shall be responsible for routine ordering and stocking of supplies, to include proper receipt, tracking, and delivery of supplies to the correct department. This individual will be responsible for rotating stock and routinely checking for expired products. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Must have organizational, telephone and computer skills
• Must be able to follow written, oral or electronic instructions
• Continuous visual acuity at close and distant range
• Continuous need for speaking with clear diction and hearing sensitivity in conversation either by phone or in person

Nice To Haves

• One year experience in medical supply, and/or equipment preferred
• Knowledge of inventory or materials management preferred
