Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you. -- Our team in Courtland is looking for a Materials Support Team Member to help support the following: Supports a team-based material organization. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including materials planning, total quality management, procurement, supplier quality assurance, finance, materials systems, customer service, etc. Completes assignments requiring judgment and discretion. Primarily engages with immediate team members. Exercises judgement and problem-solving skills to independently complete assignments.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate errors and discrepancies.
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an ERP/MRP environment (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Inventory‑Control & Material‑Handling expertise.
  • Data‑analysis & visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Working knowledge of Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E).
  • Experience identifying and maintaining Magazine Net Explosive Weight (N.E.W.).
