Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of prior experience
Minimum one year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Understanding of ERP planning systems

Responsibilities

Develop material processes and systems that support the Plant Operations.
Arranges in plant transfers of materials to meet production schedules
Supervise Shipping and Receiving personnel.
Supervise Material Handlers on all shifts.
Responsible for the motivation and development of subordinates to optimize their performance and their personal and professional growth.
Continuously improve equipment utilization.
Assist in establishing key metrics for the team and hold accountable to reach the established goals.
Write standardized work, train to it and team members accountable.
Monitors/promotes environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping within area of responsibility.
Other duties as assigned which may include filling in for operations.
Overtime as required/requested.
