About The Position

Comprehensive Logistics (CLI) is expanding and seeking driven Materials Supervisor leaders. This role involves managing shipping, inventory, and/or receiving systems while maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-performance, customer-centric inbound-to-manufacturing logistics, powered by cutting-edge technology. Requirements

3+ years’ supervisory experience with a proficiency in third party services including sequencing, kitting, repack, deconsolidation, and bulk and small lot metering.
Must have 3 years of materials and logistics experience in a warehouse environment.
2+ years leading/directing hourly personnel.
Ability to be certified to drive a forklift.
Ability to train others on processes and procedures and keep required documents.
Must be a self-starter.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skill.
Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Lean manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Manages the shipping, inventory and/or receiving systems as well as maintains the safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures in the warehouse.
Coordinates activities with other departments and implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
Assists leadership with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
Coordinates and monitors the contents of shipments that arrive and leave Comprehensive Logistics.
Plans, assigns, and directs the work of hourly team members.
Rewards, provides corrective action, addresses complaints, and resolving problems of team members.
