Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• OSHA knowledge and forklift certification preferred.
• degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily material handling, inventory, and shipping/receiving operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with documentation and carrier standards.
• Lead a warehouse team by example-training, scheduling, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP data entry.
• Manage forklift certification and training program.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
