Requirements

Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, and communication skills.
Regularly use hands for handling objects and talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, reach, lift, stoop, and bend.
Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly for object movement.
Exertional requirements include pushing/pulling supply carts with up to 100 pounds of force daily; specific vision abilities required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary backup for Shipper/Receiver in a flexible per diem support role.
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of MMIS, independently managing all related tasks.
Efficiently process daily scanning, incoming deliveries, and prioritize urgent or specialized shipments.
Work with Volunteer and Per Diem staff and promptly address shipping/receiving discrepancies.
Collaborate with departments for inventory adjustments, maintain labeled shelves, and manage expiration dates.
Conduct cycle counts, ensure cleanliness in work areas, and cross-train for additional departmental support.
Adhere to safety practices, contribute to the SDS Program, and participate in ongoing education and development.
