This role involves performing supervisory responsibilities and directing work for a team of 25 or more, fostering a culture of collaboration, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement. The position provides operational guidance to staff, ensuring training and compliance with policies and procedures related to processes, safety, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, DOT, IATA, Federal, State, and local). The supervisor will monitor and report on sustaining activities, projects, and customer service levels for material receiving, storage, and distribution, ensuring accurate records are maintained in accordance with company policies, the Repair Station Manual, and applicable regulations. This role also involves identifying data and systems requirements, meeting with vendors and carriers, resolving invoice discrepancies, and developing procedures to comply with regulatory requirements. Special projects include inventory monitoring and accuracy, shelf-life monitoring, and effective turnover measurement. The supervisor will prepare capital requests and present accurate and timely reports to management. This position is accountable for safe and compliant material handling, receiving inspections, paperwork and data entry, storage, and overall inventory management in accordance with FAA regulations, FEAM and customer policies and procedures.
