About The Position
LCRA is looking for a Materials Specialist II to join their Supply Chain Warehouse team. This role will support LCRA's construction team and contribute to the warehouse team by performing manual and clerical duties involved in the daily operation of LCRA warehouses, storage areas, and laydown yards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate core values of safety, respect, service, initiative, and integrity and is seeking to grow their career in supply chain.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in materials handling, inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations or relevant experience
- Driver's license required for incumbents with corresponding driving responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform inventory and materials management tasks such as material handling, shipping/receiving, and stock maintenance.
- Coordinate the disposal and movement of materials between warehouses, facilities and project sites.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
