The Quality Leader is responsible for the successful deployment of the Built-In Quality (BiQ) Playbook across value stream warehouses. Built-In Quality is a systematic approach designed to improve quality and optimize efficiency by minimizing waste and maximizing value for the customer. This role serves as a technical partner to warehouse operations, ensuring that all material handling and storage processes are robust, compliant, and error-proofed. The Quality Leader will lead nonconformance response and resolution activities, including NCR investigations, structured problem solving, Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, and the use of CIMs, RCAs, and PSRs to eliminate recurrence and improve process capability. You will be the primary driver of quality rigor at the point of activity, fostering a culture of "Zero Defects" and continuous improvement. Success in this role relies on collaborating effectively across supply chain, operations, repair, engineering, and shop teams to drive disciplined, high-quality execution.
