About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on technical individual with strong potential to grow into a future Quality Control leadership role. This position will focus on evaluating raw materials, chemicals, polyester, adhesives, coatings, and other production inputs to determine whether they are suitable, balanced, and reliable for our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical mindset, a quality-focused background, and the ability to work directly on the production floor. This is not a desk-only role. This person must be comfortable running trials, reviewing material performance, troubleshooting production issues, documenting results, and helping build practical QC systems that support real manufacturing conditions. This role will support material qualification, new product development, UL testing, process improvement, and the continued development of quality control standards. Over time, this person will be trained and developed to take on greater responsibility within the Quality Control department.
