About The Position
Counts, restocks, and delivers supplies and equipment using KAN BAN technology. Process daily billing charges and supply issues. Needs to have experience working with LAWSON INFOR SMART OFFICE, LAWSON RQC, EPIC Charge Entry, LINEN MASTER, RAD Technology, MSCM and ZEBRA Handhelds.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- DL-California Drivers Class C
- Knowledge of basic math and alpha filing systems is required.
- May require a valid California Driver's license to drive to another facility to pick up product.
- May require forklift certification.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, timeliness, organization, prioritization, working with numbers.
- Ability to accurately count and restock supplies using electronic device.
- Ability to accurately use the materials / inventory and billing computerized systems.
- Experience working with LAWSON INFOR SMART OFFICE, LAWSON RQC, EPIC Charge Entry, LINEN MASTER, RAD Technology, MSCM and ZEBRA Handhelds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in receiving and distribution of hospital supplies.
- Knowledge of hospital-based materials management information systems, shipping/receiving and distribution.
- Forklift certification.
