About The Position
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking Materials Processing students for an internship opportunity at our Defense Systems Sector in Roy, UT. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Strategic Deterrent Systems Division (SDSD). Requirements
- Must be a student enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university, and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027.
- Must be majoring in or have majored in Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Nice To Haves
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
- Current active Secret Security Clearance or higher
