About The Position

The Materials Preparation helps with distribution, logistics, inventory control, kitting and assembly, and receiving. In addition to daily monitoring of packaging levels, procurement, and logistics coordination to assure prompt delivery of packaging products to satisfy production needs, this job is accountable for controlling levels of supply stocks related to operations. To reduce business disruptions caused by procurement-related issues, this person will be expected to detect and assess problems.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of basic principles, theories and laws, policies and procedures that pertain to compounding

Responsibilities

Maintains compounding and other pharmacy records as directed.
Organize and prepare all bins associated with tablet compounding and packing.
Create labels for shipping and pouching materials.
As needed, clean and sanitize compounding bins.
Assist in the dismantling of boxes and other materials within the pharmacy space.
Ability to help with fulfillment by restocking, labeling mailers, and so on.
Ability to assist with unpacking, organizing, and maintaining paperwork when large shipments are delivered to the facility.
Make rounds throughout the day to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
Document Scanning.
Product packaging, transportation, distribution, and maintenance.
Maintaining appropriate records and reports.
Following all safety procedures.
Additional tasks or duties as assigned.
