As a Materials Planner, you’ll be part of our Logistics team working as an on-site employee. You’ll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing materials for production, with a strong focus on purchasing, inventory management, and work order (WO) planning. This role involves coordinating cross-functional supply chain activities to ensure targets are met, communicating with outside suppliers regarding delivery schedules, and resolving supply chain issues. You will also maintain inventory integrity, drive continuous improvement, assess supplier performance, and manage kanban supermarket inventory. The goal is to plan and maintain accurate inventory levels to assure 100% customer service levels while minimizing financial exposure.
