About The Position
Under the supervision of the Materials Management Director, the Materials Management Specialist will have multiple responsibilities in warehouse and at the facilities. This role involves assisting with the management of a two-bin system, filling and replenishing supply orders and stations for all facilities, and loading/unloading supply trucks. The specialist will also assist with the setup of new items and par levels in the warehouse, process department returns, perform data entry, and organize supply rooms and inventory at facilities. The position contributes to the development of processes and procedures and requires the ability to assume responsibility for special projects. Additionally, strong verbal communication skills are needed for courteously interacting with the public via telephone.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
