About The Position

AUTOKINITON is a Tier 1 supplier that manufactures propulsion-agnostic, structural automotive components and assemblies globally. They offer 100% vertical integration capabilities, including end-to-end engineering, manufacturing, and in-house logistics. The Materials Manager will lead all materials and logistics operations, focusing on planning, scheduling, inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehousing. This role involves building and developing a high-performing team, driving inventory accuracy and material flow, partnering with various departments to ensure on-time delivery, analyzing data to solve problems, and championing Lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven leadership experience in materials management or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, ERP/MRP systems, and customer logistics.
A collaborative leader who can motivate teams, communicate effectively, and make sound business decisions.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver results.

Nice To Haves

Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
