About The Position

The Logistics role is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing HVAC parts, tools, and equipment. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols. The Logistics role plays a crucial role in supporting HVAC project execution, ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are available when needed.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics or materials management
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Ability to operate a van or ATV
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and tools
• Strong organizational and tracking skills
• Attention to detail for accuracy and quality checks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of safety and operational protocols

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the HVAC industry
• Forklift certification
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

Responsibilities

• Receive and check-in deliveries of material and equipment
• Sort, organize, track onsite materials used for systems installation
• Maintain accurate inventory of all deliveries including, but not limited to, HVAC equipment, parts, tools, and materials.
• Notify project manager or appropriate team member that the item(s) has arrived
• Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Gather and deliver materials from storage to field crews as requested
• Handle distribution of HVAC parts, tools, and equipment within the job sites. Operate onside van or ATV as required to transport employees, materials, etc.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of HVAC equipment and materials to prevent damage.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and tools for on-site installations and repairs.
