About The Position
The Materials Management Technician ensures hospital departments have the supplies and equipment they need by managing receiving, inventory control, shipping, documentation, and supply distribution activities efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of shipping/receiving experience in a materials management environment, preferably healthcare.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Heavy work involving frequent lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Requires significant standing, walking, pushing/pulling, bending, and manual dexterity.
