Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing material handling experience
  • Must possess or be able to pass a Certified Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) Driver certification
  • Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protection Equipment
  • Unload Trailers, stage kits & or parts in the appropriate / designated locations
  • Remove empties from the Point of Use
  • Replenish Point of use with the appropriate kits at the right place and the right time
  • Create Inbound manifest and track swim lane health and follow up with corrective actions
  • Act as first response to the line for parts not delivered to point of use and determine best ordering method to deliver parts
  • Execute daily walks with the 3PL to ensure parts are picked on time and in point of use when required
  • Perform end of shift review with 3PL to ensure preparedness for the following morning
  • Work with warehouse to ensure delivery of emergency orders
  • Ability to work with multiple priorities of the business
  • Ability to work overtime and beyond 40 hours when needed to support production
