About The Position

At Piedmont Healthcare, the Materials Handler maintains inventory primarily in inpatient units, replenishes supply carts, issues storeroom supplies, and assists with general storeroom functions as necessary. The role supports nursing units and hospital departments by ensuring managed supply locations are well stocked and free from expired supplies. The position schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m>.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or a combination of education and directly applicable related work experience.
• No experience required.
• May require current registration with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician, as applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant experience in a warehouse or storeroom environment.
• Experience using an electronic inventory management system.
• Previous healthcare materials management experience.
