Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be detailed oriented and can multi-task.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the food/beverage industry (a plus).
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment (a plus).
- Ability to direct, coach and train others.
- Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads material within the warehouse facility.
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks within the warehouse.
- Records flow information of materials and products.
- Has knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
- Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- Accountable for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements for their position.
- Encouraged to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues.
- Adopt and maintain all SQF requirements for their position.
- Empowerment to work with supervision to resolve food safety and food quality issues within their scope of work.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
