Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be detailed oriented and can multi-task.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the food/beverage industry (a plus).
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment (a plus).
  • Ability to direct, coach and train others.
  • Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Loads and unloads material within the warehouse facility.
  • Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks within the warehouse.
  • Records flow information of materials and products.
  • Has knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Accountable for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements for their position.
  • Encouraged to notify management about actual or potential food safety issues.
  • Adopt and maintain all SQF requirements for their position.
  • Empowerment to work with supervision to resolve food safety and food quality issues within their scope of work.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
