About The Position

Doota Industrial America is seeking a Materials Handler for our electrical/electronic manufacturing team. This position will be classified as a Laborer: General and will fall under Prevailing Wage regulations as part of our compliance with the Williamson County Wage Determination Guidelines to meet the government contract requirements for the Davis Bacon Act. The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, unboxing, staging, and unloading materials in a semiconductor fab clean room environment to support installation teams. Duties include safely handling and transporting equipment and materials, removing packaging, maintaining material organization, and ensuring all clean room protocols and safety procedures are followed. This role works closely with installers to ensure materials are available, clean, and ready for use while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

  • OSHA 10 Certification required
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods in an active industrial environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Materials Handler, Warehouse Associate, Construction Laborer, or Cleanroom Support Technician
  • Experience working in semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, industrial construction, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities
  • Familiarity with cleanroom procedures, contamination control practices, and PPE standards
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, carts, and material handling equipment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with multiple trades and field teams
