Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds required.
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow instructions to read work orders in order to determine work assignments or materials or equipment needs
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time; up to 66% of day.
  • Ability to become qualified to perform Lock‐Out/Tag‐Out procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Locate and deliver product parts to/from storage and work stations
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels
  • Maintains a safe working environment
  • Contributes to team effort
  • Maintains production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies to/from storage and work stations; identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
  • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
  • Maintains in‐process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
  • Assist in compiling and maintaining inventory; documents materials and supplies by recording units delivered and location of units; verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.
  • Maintains a safe working environment by attending safety training; turning off and locking out equipment not in use; cleaning and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Adhering to ISO and FDA regulations.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Handles all other duties as assigned in order to contribute to overall success of the company.
