Become a Key Player as a Materials Handler You will keep materials moving accurately and on time to support production and shipping. In this onsite, first-shift role (M–F, 5:00am–1:30pm), you’ll collaborate with the shipping/receiving group, manufacturing lines, and warehouse team to ensure parts and supplies are available when and where they’re needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant experience in materials handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems or databases (MRP skills listed as must-have)
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and to write and communicate clearly
• Skilled in using powered industrial trucks, material handling equipment, and small hand tools
• Ability to perform cycle-counting and maintain accurate records
• Willingness to work additional hours, nights, and weekends as required

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operator experience
• Additional ERP/MRP familiarity
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify goods against purchase orders or invoices
• Stock, disburse, and distribute materials to inventory locations and manufacturing lines
• Load and unload trucks and prepare merchandise for shipment, including posting weights and shipping charges
• Maintain records of received and shipped goods and document rejected or unsatisfactory items
• Perform cycle-counting and maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment safely
• Follow written and oral work instructions and demonstrate all safety policies and procedures
• Work regular, consistent hours and be available for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
