About The Position

Knightscope is a security technology company building the Nation’s First Autonomous Security Force. The Company combines autonomous machines, advanced software, and human expertise to help protect people, property, and critical infrastructure. Knightscope’s long-term mission is to make the United States of America the safest country in the world. We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented material handlers to support our shipping & receiving, inventory, and production operations. This position is in Sunnyvale, CA and will require you to be full-time on-site.

Requirements

1-3 years’ experience material handling
2+ years in manufacturing environment
Experience with NetSuite ERP, WMS, or similar enterprise systems.
Proven track record of positively contributing and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with a complex set of objectives and a fast-paced environment.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, determination, and high attention to details.

Responsibilities

Ensure raw materials, products, and consumables are documented, handled, and managed with extreme accuracy and care.
Collaborate across departments with engineering, quality assurance, service, facilities, finance, and accounting to streamline efforts and foster growth.
Rapidly understand current Knightscope processes to a deep level.
Assist in improving those processes to optimize efficiency and improve quality.
Assist with all inventory audits.
Use NetSuite ERP to manage: Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and logistics.
Assist in identifying and resolving non-conformance issues.
Understand Lean practices and continuous improvement activities - ensure the workplace remains tidy (5S).
Directly contributes to key performance indicators (KPIs) and improves our performance.
