This role supports International and Domestic shipping operations while ensuring full compliance with U.S. export regulations and ITAR requirements. It is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with boxing, packing, and material handling as needed. Exposure to MRP systems, particularly Oracle MRP, is highly desirable, ensuring that products are efficiently transported, stored, and delivered while also maintaining effective communication.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of related shipping experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to obtain DOT Hazardous Material Certificate and Forklift Certificate.
Ability to assist with boxing, packing, and material handling.
Exposure to MRP systems.
Effective communication.
U.S. Citizenship and are able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
