Requirements

Strong ability to plan, analyze, and assess supply metrics numerically for strategic purchasing and inventory decision-making.
Exceptional expertise in scheduling, procurement, and high-volume fulfillment management.
Deep enthusiasm for practical, hands-on tasks including heavy material preparation, packing, and volume management. Candidates must be comfortable with the physical demands of active warehouse and logistical work.
Proven ability to lead small production teams, cultivate a responsible and reliable team culture, and enforce strict adherence to timeline protocols.
An analytical approach to resolving process bottlenecks with a track record of developing innovative operational fixes.

Responsibilities

Manage all end-to-end aspects of material logistics, including kit preparation, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup, ensuring a flawless and efficient supply pipeline.
Oversee physical enrichment program preparations, manage the material assembly team, handle scheduling, coordinate supply ordering, and implement strict operational protocols.
Maintain a highly organized, clean, and positive central workspace, optimizing inventory flow and layout.
Foster clear, proactive communication with headquarters and on-site camp leadership teams to ensure seamless daily camp operations.
Continually assess and track supply chain performance and inventory accuracy. Develop and document new methods and protocols to continuously optimize operations.
