Requirements

  • Strong ability to plan, analyze, and assess supply metrics numerically for strategic purchasing and inventory decision-making.
  • Exceptional expertise in scheduling, procurement, and high-volume fulfillment management.
  • Deep enthusiasm for practical, hands-on tasks including heavy material preparation, packing, and volume management. Candidates must be comfortable with the physical demands of active warehouse and logistical work.
  • Proven ability to lead small production teams, cultivate a responsible and reliable team culture, and enforce strict adherence to timeline protocols.
  • An analytical approach to resolving process bottlenecks with a track record of developing innovative operational fixes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all end-to-end aspects of material logistics, including kit preparation, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup, ensuring a flawless and efficient supply pipeline.
  • Oversee physical enrichment program preparations, manage the material assembly team, handle scheduling, coordinate supply ordering, and implement strict operational protocols.
  • Maintain a highly organized, clean, and positive central workspace, optimizing inventory flow and layout.
  • Foster clear, proactive communication with headquarters and on-site camp leadership teams to ensure seamless daily camp operations.
  • Continually assess and track supply chain performance and inventory accuracy. Develop and document new methods and protocols to continuously optimize operations.
