Requirements

  • 2 year academic degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or materials required.
  • Strong skills in analytical thinking and problem solving, Microsoft Office Excel, and various communication methods.
  • Planning and organizational skills required.
  • Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing environment, constantly evolving business circumstances, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure established production schedules are met by matching parts to their respective model, job, sequence or work order number.
  • Follow product progress to completion through its respective Fabrication and Assembly production lines.
  • Investigate and resolve component pick-list issues, determining root cause and driving corrective action as needed.
  • Set and maintain component pick and delivery triggers for assigned area in ERP system.
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure manufactured parts are built and delivered to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain and organize area inventory, triggering replenishment of purchased and manufactured components.
