About The Position

With the launch of our Restart Zone program, we are proud to create new pathways for talented professionals ready to return to the workforce. Restart Zone is a one-year, paid returnship program designed for professionals returning to the workforce after a career break of 2-10 years. The selected participant will join our McCalla, Alabama facility as a Materials Analyst, where they will help manage inventory, monitor production material requirements, and support Logistics operations to ensure materials are available when needed. The program includes comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and skill development to help participants rebuild confidence and successfully transition back into a professional setting, with the potential for full-time employment at the end of the program.

Requirements

Possess prior professional experience aligned to the open role
Have an employment gap of 2– 10 years
Meet education and skill requirements for the role
Be able to meet location, schedule, and role expectations
Demonstrate learning goals aligned to program objectives

Nice To Haves

Backgrounds: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or other related fields
Career break duration: 2– 10 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant disciplines
Motivated to return to the workforce
Interested in upskilling or reskilling
Interested in working in the Automotive Industry
Seeks clarity, feedback, and professional reintegration support
