About The Position

A manufacturing organization is seeking a Materials Analyst to support planning, inventory analysis, and material flow across production. This role focuses on data, forecasting, and ensuring material availability aligns with production schedules.

Requirements

• 2+ years of materials, inventory, or supply chain analysis experience
• Manufacturing or plant-based environment experience
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work onsite and support a production-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze material requirements based on production schedules and forecasts
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess
• Support MRP-driven planning activities and material demand analysis
• Work closely with Buyers, Planners, and Production teams
• Create reports related to inventory, usage, and material trends
• Assist with process improvements and inventory accuracy initiatives
