About The Position

This internship position is located in Huntington Beach. The intern will support the Material Teams by assisting with various tasks related to inventory management, material transactions, data maintenance, and process improvement. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and utilization of tools like Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. The position is subject to U.S. Government export regulations (ITAR).

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (green card holder) or other status as a U.S. Person).
Strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of inventory practices.
Analytical and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Clear written communication.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Junior or Senior standing preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory tracking and ensure accuracy within the ERP system (Epicor).
Support material transactions, including issuance, movement, and inventory control processes.
Help validate and maintain operations codes, source groups, and planning data.
Assist planners with job tracking, status updates, and production support.
Participate in process improvement initiatives related to materials flow and warehouse operations.
Support updates to documentation, including standard work instructions and SOP alignment.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track, analyze, and report data effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally with materials, planning, and operations teams.
