About The Position

Millstone also engages in other activities, such as mechanical inspection and assembly, which are designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. We are FDA and ISO registered and employ a detailed internal quality system to ensure ISO compliance.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining inventory spreadsheets.
Ability to accurately maintain inventory records and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
Experience forklift operator.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials, verify packing lists, and inspect items for damage or defects.
Accurately label and store materials in assigned storage locations.
Maintain inventory records using manual logs or inventory management systems.
Pick and prepare materials for production orders or shipments.
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
Ensure storage areas are organized, clean, and in compliance with safety standards.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (if certified).
Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the supervisor.
Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials (if applicable).
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and coordinating with logistics staff.
