About The Position

The Material Specialist coordinates the movement of materials throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and finished goods used in manufacturing, distribution, packing, and shipping. This is a fully onsite role performed at the designated Regal Rexnord office. The specialist supports manufacturing and order fulfillment through material staging, receiving and inventory transactions, cycle counting, labeling, and product packing. The role also requires following ISO practices and company policies, and performing other related duties as directed.

Must pass PIE requirements to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staging of materials to support the manufacturing process.
Coordinate staging of finished manufactured products.
Perform receiving functions in the ERP system.
Put away and transact purchased and manufactured items.
Pull and issue materials for manufacturing jobs, sales orders, transfers, and other needs.
Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system as required.
Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Understand and comply with ISO procedures and practices.
Stencil and etch parts as required.
Create labels for components and special customer requirements.
Pack product and related materials for shipment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as directed.
