Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented individuals for Material Specialist roles. Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least one year in previous employment
Agility: Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds individually, walk approximately 10 to 12 miles per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be comfortable working on equipment at heights up to 30 feet in the air.

Responsibilities

Safely perform the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Utilizing order pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment.
Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
Perform housekeeping functions as required and reports defects and need for repairs.
Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.
