About The Position
We are seeking a Material Sorter in Reidsville, NC- Bottle Processing Plant. A material sorter is responsible for standing and working for long periods of time beside a conveyor belt that is transporting material. Material sorters also help with all housekeeping tasks in the plant and will be expected to help with cleaning tasks. Please be aware that this is a plant where recycled plastics and other recycled material is processed.
Requirements
- Ability to be able to be able to bend, stand, walk, lift, and reach frequently throughout shift
- Hand and Eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally
- Safety – exhibits behaviors that support and encourage a safe work environment. Immediately reports and/or resolves unsafe behaviors and conditions.
- Attendance – dependable team player who fulfills the requirements of the work schedule
- Quality Focused – follows processes, delivers work that meets and exceeds standards

- Previous material handling experience a plus, but not required
