Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0 to 3 years of automotive industry experience for specialists
- Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Practical experience with SAP

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
- Associates (AA/AS) or Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
- Supply Chain Management or Business Management
Responsibilities
- Establish and administer the Purchasing Working Group.
- Ensure continuous supply of needed parts by monitoring inventory levels and purchasing processes.
- Provide information to suppliers.
- Work on trial builds and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain purchasing information.
- Provide information for status reports.
- Analyze part requirements.
- Requisition and track part inventories to meet Just-in-Sequence (JIS) production demands.
- Analyze part requirements, issue purchase orders, and monitor trial builds.
- Monitor import trade policies, coordinate with customs brokers, verify HS-codes, and maintain vital shipping documents (e.g., Certificates of Origin, B/L).
- Track shipping containers in transit, at ports, and at plants.
- Manage port detention and demurrage charges to control costs.
- Present reports on part shortages, expediting delivery to prevent production downtime.
- Maintain accurate material data and financial transactions within enterprise resource planning tools like the SAP System and supplier portals.
