This position will be on-site in Cleveland, Ohio. The Material Program Manager coordinates all Material Programs Management activities, including AOG support, On Site Stock Audits and Reconciliations, Core Return Analysis, Invoice Disputes, Retrofit/Sales campaigns, and manages any other topic related to material and logistics activities to enhance services direct to the customer. The role involves managing customer requests regarding Material Services and Supply Chain activities, presenting updates on Material Support & Logistics processes, ensuring compliance with scheduled visits and training to customers/service centers, coordinating the global distribution of parts for Retrofit Campaigns, and performing on-site stock inventory counts, audits, and replenishment metrics. The position also involves developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI’s) for Retrofit Campaigns Implementation, interfacing with corporate planning and Customer Support Program, preparing and carrying out presentations to operators, maintaining a global interface with various company units and external entities, partnering with New Business Development, attending and facilitating Supply Chain meetings, establishing corrective action/recovery plans, and seeking opportunities to enhance customer service. The role is responsible for Material Customer Support Analytics and open tickets, continually seeking process improvements, and ensuring customer inquiries are processed to meet expectations and company financial targets, with the ability to offer professional and expeditious assistance in high-pressure situations. Performs other tasks as requested periodically.
