About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to support a special program within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) strategic business unit. This role will require the individual work onsite in Raytheon’s Tucson, AZ location. The Material Program Manager (MPM) is responsible for managing Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) activities within the Evolved SeaSparrow Missile (ESSM) portfolio. This MPM will serve as the interface between Supply Chain and the program’s integrated product teams, or equivalent organizations.

Requirements

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Minimum 7 years of progressive, relevant business experience in supply chain, operations, program planning, estimating, compliance or another similar/related field
Experience in operations, program planning, estimating, or compliance in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment.
U.S. citizenship is required
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
