About The Position

Material Program Manager (MPM) needed for the Raytheon AIM-9X program in Tucson, Arizona. In this role you will learn and further develop your experience of manufacturing, material requirements planning and business acumen within a matrixed organization. You will develop and execute a material program strategy/plan for a program or integrated product team.

Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Experience with Office 365
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Progressive professional experience with a combination of experience in Project, Program, Product, Finance or Supplier Management is required
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Power point)

Responsibilities

• Engage with PMO leadership on material strategy execution
• Coordinate Risk Mitigation and Opportunity capture plans with Procurement
• Support supplier engagement and supplier execution
• Review and burn down SCM metrics
• Develop and drive material EACs and monthly material forecasting
