The Material Processor will be responsible for various duties including but not limited to dumping product components into feed hoppers, hanging supersacks and use the RF Scanner to make product transfers. This role involves inspecting and maintaining safety (LOTO) and quality (HACCP/GMP) parameters and specifications, executing equipment startup and shutdown procedures, and performing standard setup and changeover of equipment. The associate will operate equipment within run parameters and process specifications, monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity, and prepare production documents. Maintaining equipment performance, understanding its structure and functions, and discovering the cause of abnormalities are key. The role also requires material movement using manual and powered equipment, accurate clerical and numerical skills, and the ability to operate an automated inventory system. Communication and teamwork are essential, as is the flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, and operate forklift equipment.
