Materials Presenter - Level 2 Tug Driver

As a Material Presenter / Tugger, you will play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. Your work will support multiple production lines, maintain inventory accuracy, and help create a safe, organized, and lean manufacturing environment.

- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Kanban or other inventory replenishment systems
- Experience using Winman or a similar ERP/inventory management system
- Previous materials handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting lean manufacturing or Kanban systems
- Additional vocational or trade school training is a plus
Responsibilities
- Learn and operate assigned tug routes to support multiple production lines
- Pull materials from inventory and load the tug for timely delivery to production areas
- Deliver parts to production lines to ensure continuous workflow and minimize downtime
- Generate and utilize pull lists within the Winman system to replenish production materials
- Receive, stock, and put away materials in designated inventory locations
- Restock IMS bins and work cell inventory to maintain material availability
- Support Kanban replenishment activities and inventory accuracy
- Assist other materials areas with material presentation responsibilities as needed
- Maintain organized work areas using 5S principles and participate in safety walks
- Work collaboratively with production and materials teams to meet customer and production schedules
