About The Position

The Material Preparation role supports the manufacture of ZOLL electrodes by preparing materials and assembling accessory kits. The employee organizes and prepares items for assembly, maintains product quality, safety, and production standards, reports material problems, and helps train new personnel. The role requires following instructions and standard operating procedures, working independently and as part of a team, and keeping the assembly area clean and organized. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

• Adeptness with hand tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and small motor skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Nice To Haves

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Beginner-level English.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare materials for assembly, including poking holes in materials, taping styrene, and assembling CPRD kits.
• Achieve and maintain product quality, safety, and production standards and levels.
• Identify and report material problems as required.
• Help train and assist new personnel.
• Keep the assembly area clean and organized, especially at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Work effectively both independently and with others in a team environment.
