Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, material management, inventory control or other related field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with receiving & production schedules for each project and adjust schedules as priorities dictate.
Monitor schedule deviations and adjust production as needed.
Communicate with production teams at time of order receipt and as production schedule changes could impact job sites.
Monitor raw material delivery dates to ensure scheduled production can be completed.
Provides daily & long-term production/capacity planning based on needs pertaining to customer orders, due dates, cell/facility availability and compatibility.
Daily coordination/partnership with production leadership, procurement and receiving staff to evaluate any changes needed in the production schedule.
Assure that raw materials can be procured as scheduled, without interruption or down time to production schedule.
In collaboration with the operations and supply chain teams, drives continuous improvement to increase production quality and yields.
Work closely with procurement/inventory management and sales/operations teams and processes to provide optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
