Hybrid role - 4 days in the office Frederick, MD/Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division How will you make an impact? The Materials Planner III will develop the raw materials requirements plan, work with suppliers to acquire raw materials delivery commitments, and align production schedules to deliveries. The role will balance the required and available material to optimize service, working capital and material costs. This individual is encouraged to make decisions on behalf of supply planning when engaging with other functional areas (such as capacity planning, quality, procurement, manufacturing and finance). Decisions may need to be approved by a supervisor or manager if they fall outside of the predefined threshold defined by the business processes. The successful candidate for this role is an analytical problem solver and a strong communicator with an eye for detail.
