About The Position

The Material Movement Clerk supports production operations by creating and maintaining production orders, processing SAP transactions, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring accurate production records. The role supports manufacturing activities and customer deliveries. This is a fully on-site position in Toronto, Ohio.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• SAP or ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and distribute production orders to the manufacturing floor.
• Maintain and update production orders and workflows as needed.
• Process SAP transactions and related production documentation.
• Prepare delivery notes and shipping paperwork for customer orders.
• Maintain production logs and operational records.
• Enter, retrieve, and verify data within company systems.
• Support management with data review, reporting, and transaction accuracy.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
