About The Position

Your Job: The Material Management Commercial Driver delivers and picks up supplies, equipment, lab specimens, mail, data reports and other items on a daily route. Position includes class B CDL requirements to operate specific MHS vehicles. Oversees day-to-day operations of the Care Management Department. Assures that appropriate resource utilization related to patient care is coupled with identified quality outcomes. Retains and develops competent staff. To assist in the planning, directing and implementing of operational, financial and personnel activities of Care Transition Navigators in the Care Management Department and provide guidance in prudent practice Your Job Requirements: • High school Diploma or GED required • CDL - Required for Tech 2 assigned to drive Mobile Health Vehicles • Valid Texas Driver's License Your Job Responsibilities: • 5 Years of commercial experience to include driving a company vehicle, familiarity with the City of Dallas and surrounding communities, good driving record, obtaining proof of delivery signatures. • Must have and maintain a good driving record. • Able to handle stressful situations and make decisions in a timely manner • Able to problem solve and work with fellow team members. • Able to professionally and effectively communicate (orally and in writing). • Demonstrates good customer service skills • Demonstrates initiative is a self-starter • Knowledgeable about and follows safety measures. • Strong leadership ability • Uses good problem-solving skills. Requirements
