Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience required, experience in Manufacturing preferred.
  • Application of problem solving tools such as fish bone, 5 why, root cause pareto diagrams.
  • Ability to lead by example and drive key metrics in safety, on-time delivery, shortage reduction, cost.
  • Knowledge and experience in lean material flow to a production line.
  • Engage in effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Eight+ years of previous supervisory experience, or demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics tools and techniques and understanding of how the parts work together as a system.
  • Understanding of general materials metrics, materials flow, and inventory measures.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Completion of; or currently engaged in a four year college degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
